Pros
People on my team are nice, bonus is handy, great oppertunities, smiling faces&some nice customers who make your day.
Cons
Management is a shambles, partners are not valued enough even though without us there would be no business. Managers are patronising,some customers are the devil. Pay rise scheme takes forever to reach the next level. No support sometimes especially when extremley busy. Mangers think they run shhhhhh.
