Pros
1) Discriminates against disabilities 2) Constant changing of store managers and Team Managers, which led to a contant change in how the store is run and which policies they wanted to follow. Also no recognition or loyalty as a long standing employee. 3) Treated as just a number and are told if you don't like it leave, you are easily replaceable 4) Increase in duties, mandatory wearing of a headset, so you do 5 jobs at once. 5) Expected to pick up shifts and change contracted shift pattern and hours at the drop of a hat to suit management. If you don't comply, you will be scored down on personal reviews potentially leading to a loss of money 6) Inconsistent rules and policies, depending on who the current management is. 7) Bullying, back stabbing partners doing everything they can do climb up the ladder

Was once a great company to work for- bonus every year, democratic structure, adhering to partner policy, team huddles, treated as a person not a number.
