good holidays, good pay and a really great place to work overall dependant on which section you are working on. Customer service is the best in my opinion
Cons
can be stressful at times, you need to be good under pressure and have a genuine affinity with people. If not it really isn't for you. Some customers think they are gods gift because they shop at waitrose
