Pros
Constant change in management/C-Suite structure made deadlines and demands impossible and egregious. Was having weekly releases at one point when our executive stated we only have the infrastructure to support one a month and was "surprised" at how manual the release process was... yeah... also, was working well past 2 am on these calls to work in concert with India team. It was a nightmare.
Cons
people are generally nice even though there is ZERO culture at midtown east office. Don't come here expecting to make work buddies.
