      Higher industry pay…if you can keep your job.

      Cons

      Mass layoffs in risk now that the asset cap has been lifted. “Location Strategy” if your line of business is no longer supported in that location, regardless if the location is staying open - you will be laid off or you have to move. Had a co worker move to a new location only for the company to then decide they are pulling out of that location. Uprooting families for this company is not worth it. But the company also has no problem moving your job to India.

      Pros

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cons

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
