Pros

There are none unless you stay quiet and kiss the supervisors but. You have to be liked and you have to be a snitch to move up and even then it might take a few years. The only other way to move up is to allow them to use you up.

Cons

You will not get raises for the most part because they find a way to make sure you don't even if you are hitting your metrics. If you do by chance get one it wont be more than .25 to .50 and its annually. They ignore issues even when its staring them in the face especially if it involves supervisors. Supervisors don't lead by example, they are messy and low down. They assist each other in getting others terminated if the actual supervisor of the individual cannot. Upper management lies like they care but assist in the dysfunction and does whatever it takes ot cover for management. There is no structure and the work is uncertain from day to day. There are supervisors who have worked well over twenty years but cannot do any function in the entire building nor can they assist you. Management is disrespectful and will talk to you as if they are in the street or as if you are a child in kindergarten. The Seniored employees who are friends with the managers are also protected by management and can do no wrong. It is unorganized and very stressful and if you speak up you really are a target. No matter how much money you make them, they still keep you at the same pay. Hr is a joke and will not help you no matter what. The rules are only for certain individuals and don't apply to those who are liked. They deflect when you attempt to bring up issues with management or liked staff members and there is no fairness all around. They will use you to do 1000 functions and not pay you for your new skillsets. They also lay off employees once to twice a year, mostly after the higher ups come out and lie about us doing so well. Advancement is null and void because there are almost never new positions open for years on end. People that are favored however get new positions that aren't needed or even posted.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
