Pros

Strong Risk Culture: Deep focus on RCSA and Business Controls provides a very stable framework for management. Career Longevity: Great place for long-term tenure; the bank values institutional knowledge (as evidenced by my 9-year journey). Utah Hub Stability: The Salt Lake City office is a major operational center, offering better job security than smaller regional offices. Benefits: Competitive 401(k) match (6%) and comprehensive health benefits are reliable.

Cons

Bureaucracy: Navigating internal silos and the "matrixed" reporting structure can slow down decision-making in Fraud operations. Legacy Systems: While moving toward "Online Fraud" modernization, some back-end claims systems can still feel dated and inefficient. Regulatory Pressure: The constant scrutiny requires a high volume of administrative documentation, which can sometimes distract from core capacity planning and team development.

Pros

Cared a lot about their employees, lots of good networking and growth opportunities.

Cons

To many issues with sales goals, often pointless in smaller communities.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
