Micromanagement, leadership who are more focused on past relationships of former employers, and having each other’s back instead of quality work and culture for the rest of the employees under them, in competent leadership, tolerating manipulative hostile work environment, playoffs, regardless of performance, barely any opportunities to share the back from the bottom to the top as it’s all filtered through leadership on its way up to change and or stop it under are more interested in checking boxes to make something look good for a senior leader versus actually improving and changing the business
