Pros

Very large (Fortune 100) financial services company, recently enjoyed having nearly a decade’s worth if regulatory pemalties / constraints. Process improvement / engineering has been highky values in many ares. Embracing Artificial Improvement. Many learning opportunities and job opportunities. Good benefits including 100% employer match in 401-k, up to 6% of employee’s income.Strong college intern program offering full time jobs to most interns.

Cons

Significant layoffs have been underway for a couple years which are likely to continue for months, possibly another year or two. Hybrid work environment (require at least 3 full days per week in the office in most divisions).

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
