Pros
Hybrid work available but that is about the only positive.
Cons
Very poor morale. Everyone is looking over their shoulder because they are laying off so many people, which leads to poor performance on their jobs. Management slacks on their duties because they are worried about getting laid off. Constantly shifting titles making it impossible to gain years of experience in a single role. I interviewed for a promotion and was actually interviewed for the incorrect position. Overall would not recommend working here or banking here to anyone.
