After Wells took over Wachovia, they slashed salaries, froze or eliminated the pension, cut PTO days and eliminated 2 paid holidays. At the end of August they announced major changes to health insurance but will not provide details until mid-October. All indications are a major shift of health care costs onto employees. Management is all about the numbers and we workers are just serfs.
