Still declining (Q4 2018) - Vice President Wells Fargo Employee Review

Pros

Lifestyle hours; this is not a company where many people at HQ work after 5pm.

Cons

Senior management (i.e., the CEO and CFO) are "tone deaf at the top." They've blamed the ranks explicitly (on CNBC) and implicitly (issuing a code of conduct to the ranks) when the malfeasance can be traced to the executive suite and perpetrators are moved rather than fired. The bank is contracting in business and employees; a terrible time for all. Mediocrity reins in the ranks as loyalty is valued over performance. That makes this a frustrating company for high performers.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
