Pros

- Decent benefits. - Average pay. - Some people are nice.

Cons

- The WF lifers have a creepy cult mentality. - Unless you're the very top of the food chain (i.e., Mary Mack, Titi Cole, Charlie Scharf), you have no influence or ability to make an impact on your line of business. - They don't care about their contact center employees, which is evident in the way they are handling COVID-19. - Work/life balance. - People are nice, but it's mostly fake. - Impossible to get in touch with HR, and when you do, you're talking to someone straight out of college who is following a playbook. - Overly concerned about reducing attrition and don't consider the fact that some people need to go, because keeping them there is a risk.

Pros

A lot of overtime that you could log, so the pay is great.

Cons

The overtime is dreading and work hour is rotational, from 8am to 8pm to from 5am in the morning to 4pm.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
