Pros

Provide transport to and from office. Can be flexible about work, depending on manager. Salary is decent

Cons

I never realized how much trouble SEZ policy can bring. They are not allowing employees to go home and employees have to work from office base location. They may continue the WFH policy for a year but then again, you are not allowed to go to your home if it is outside Blr/Hyd. Employees who want to go home are asked to take leaves or go on LOP. It does not matter if you have old parents at home or your house is flooded. People are dying due to this COVID situation, and all they care is about SEZ policy. Did this policy consider the current situation? The human factor is missing.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
