      Pros

      *On-time salary and reimbursement * Transport * Officespace

      Cons

      *HR and Managers are not aligned with each other because of that the hiring is very bad. *Work culture is pathetic, people think its good from the outside but inside its hell *They say everyone is a team member but Managers create a hierarchy within the team and don't want people to approach them. *Not employee friendly at all, during COVID times they want employees to come to the office to collect laptops or any other things. * WFH not allowed from hometown even in COVID times and no one wants to discuss about this one.

      Pros

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cons

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
