Pros
its a call center so you can call of kincare. which is you can say your mom or child or spouse is sick and the absent wont count against you and you still get paid.
Cons
everyone and i do mean everyone there is unhappy. i left on my own accord. most people dont make it past a year. once your on there list they will find a reason to fire you. no room for advancement whatsoever. all they care about is your numbers but perposely make it impossible for you to meet your goals. i could go on and on about all the negatives.
