Opportunity to advance within line of business. Good benefits and time away.
Cons
Retail bank has no real direction and is looked down upon by the entire company. Almost impossible to move out of the retail bank. Role has moved to 70% outbound calls to generate business but you cannot provide any sales or service over the phone so based on getting people to come in to the branch. Very little job security.
