Pros
Wells Fargo has got some great core values. For example, they believe in making their employees happy because then they will treat the customers well. They use surveys to help management know how employees are feeling about their work. They are very active in donating to and helping out local communities. The employees themselves are dedicated to their work.
Cons
Management doesn't always follow their own core values. Rather than listening to the surveys, they get everyone to answer them correctly. Some groups are populated predominently by a single sex, so there may be some preferential hiring. There is no central technical group of any significance, so different departments have their own support with different standards. Little coordination. Many of their systems are outdated and their management/employees have no interest in keeping up with current technology and practices.
