      Pros

      If you work HARD (like never before) - you get a lot of opportunities to grow, good compensations, inventives and benefits. I have work for 3 different banks and this has been the best by far - best benefits and grow opportunities. What is best about Wells Fargo is the people you are surrounded by. They care about you and they always encourage you.

      Cons

      After working on 3 different banks, I can say that this have been by far the bank that pushes you the most. Your goals are higher than any other bank I have seen - sales sales sales. Its hard to get a loan, but they push that product a lot (just to put an example). The pressure is on all the time - so if you don't like to work under pressure, this is not a place for you

      Pros

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cons

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
