Management has changed a lot over the years. Current Management is not concerned about issues you are facing but rather on Status Update. Also make sure you get the complete understanding of you role as they will assign you manual task and reserve good work for ISI and IIT guys (even if they have no experience ) There is clear bias and favoritism for IIT and ISI. Also Off shore will not assign you good project. Mostly they assign Project which Manual and they themselves dont want to do it.
