      Pros

      - Wells Fargo truly cares about the employee. - Can work at home based on your need. - Time off is given when you need it. - Excellent Benefits with at least 6 different medical plans to choose from. - Management is very understanding and sensitive to what is happening in your personal life. - Everyone is cross trained on multiple jobs. - Knowledge is shared. - Excellent communication from the top all the way down. - Plenty of room for advancement and professional growth. - They find a position that meets your skills and leverage the best out of you.

      Cons

      - Inter-Department communication on deployment changes to employees and customers needs some work. - Low on desk space. Some employees are using huddle rooms as offices.

      Pros

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cons

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
