Pros

Company had some great benefits, healthcare wasn't too coverage wise but a little pricey, 401k matching after 1year of being with the company.Free accounts for employees.

Cons

Absolute no personal/work life balance at all. I was told when I first came aboard that it would be 40 hrs a week, ended up working 50+ due to "business needs". You basically work from open to close (Example: 8:30-7:30 everyday) and not all the time do you get your full scheduled lunch time. The hours will drain you and thats not including store meetings that are called either. Its also extremely sales focused. If you don't hit the minimum requirements for the quarter you don't get a payout at all. And honestly what you make in the quarter, you could make in a month doing sales anywhere else. You have to sell at the highest level in order to make a decent payout for all the work you did in the quarter. Underwriters make it hard to approve loans/lines so you can achieve your goals.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
