Pros

It used to be benefits until we switchededical from Aetna to United. Parental leave benefits are great at 16 weeks paid leave for birth or adoption. Bereavement of 10 days. We get stock purchase options but not discounted. 401k is through empower which is very user friendly.

Cons

United healthcare. Metrics are un realistic and the hardest of all to hit is the only one that's technically looked at for raises. I haven't gotten a raise in many years even though almost all of my metrics are meeting. Interestingly difficult to get an interview for new positions internally often receiving declination emails within a few hours. Notoriously underpaid considered next to other banking institutions. Sick time is earned and not given at the beginning of the year leaving early year sickness' to acrue absences rather than help. Terrible culture value if your white. Unpatriotic

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
