Great benefits and great people.
Cons
The IT department is too unstable and they are eliminating thousands of great/hard workers. If you are not in one of their approved office locations then your gone. And they aren't replacing the people they are getting rid of, so the ones left behind are left to pick up the slack. On top of all that they keep changing their internal processes and their technologies. So just as soon as you get your project converted to using some other technology they required everyone to change to, then they go change it again. Moral has tanked.
