      Managers have egos.No learning’s.If you ask them question Y , they will send an email on behaviour issues.I resigned from the company and took my back my resignation on same day.But it was not accepted .when I checked with my manager he said the other manager doesn’t want you back. She has spoken to HRBP and head and decided not to take you back. After knowing this , I was happy that I resigned from this company. Wells Fargo is very good company but becoz of some managers ,good people are leaving.

      Pros

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cons

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
