Pros

I don't have many pros to say about Western Union which is why I left. However, I do love that you can work globally with many colleagues and get to really know other cultures.

Cons

I'm not sure where to even start. In the past year, they taken away cell phone benefits (offering a one-time payment of $250 to cover costs), have stated that their unlimited FTO policy is actually limited to 20 days annually, have started tracking employees badge scans down to the second and reporting on if they aren't at 8 hours or more in the office for 3 days a week (with rumors they are trying to hire someone to track when you go for lunch so that doesn't count towards the 8 hours) and no flexibility when it comes to work from home policies for most employees (even though a majority of execs have that privilege). There are also very, very limited career advancement opportunities unless you are a favorite of upper management.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - only 3 days required in office

Cons

- Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic. - 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
