      A Spoiled Company

      Pros

      Dynamic, interesting and complex work, multinational environment. Unique customer reach.

      Cons

      Very "Top-heavy" - too much VPs, Directors and Senior Managers. Too spoiled by the good margins and practically unable to drive change. Not that there are no changes, just the opposite - but they are shallow and doesn't position the company for the future. Spending a lot of money for acquisitions and new fancy ideas that after that simply fail and are folded down. Hiring easy, firing even easier - and this doesn't create a feeling for security and possibility for career development.

      Competitive starting salary, hybrid work environment (2 days WFH), medical insurance, nice office, overall welcoming environment to new-joiners.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from c-suite, corporate politics, high turnover, indecisive upper management, uncompetitive mindset with a general lack of innovation or a culture of accountability.

      Management & mid management of former Western Union Business Solutions, now Convera, hire their friends & university colleagues unequal treatment of friends & university colleagues compared to other employees employees are fired because of untrue accusations and false pretenses highly unethical behavior of management and mid - management
