Pros

Pays well , office location is good People in office who have joined from fintech or banking are great .

Cons

No work life balance : 8 hours if office is must for minimum 3 days a week where management encourages for more than 3 days saying its minimum, if asked to cto / coo in townhall he shouts back at you , openly in email said if you dont like this policy look job outside . Doesnt feel like product organisation feels more like service company where majority decision are made by us people who call themselves onshore ( yeah ) . From india you can not take any decision unless us people verity. Also all product teams sits outside of india in most cases so late night calls is must after spending 8 hours in office then 1 hr in travel minimum followed by being available in us hours is must where people setup calls at 9 pm stretches till 10 pm . Management tried to not setup any calls after 9:30 pm but that last call goes beyond 10 pm . Some projects may not have this but majority late night calls are still there . Every week you see people resigning and leaving office because of this show . Hikes are around 6-8% for lower roles and even lower for higher roles leads an above etc .

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - only 3 days required in office

Cons

- Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic. - 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
