Thanks for your input. As you alluded to, we know that one of the things people like most about working for WU is the caliber of people you get to work with on a global scale.
There is always room for improvement to the culture, and there are likely extremes of "micro-culture" within the context of the "macro-culture." We are proud of the positive strides made recently to reinforce a customer-centric mindset throughout the company. That said, we agree with you that in our pursuit for continual improvement, it's important to not only recognize WHAT people achieve, but also HOW they do it.
