      Flexible working hours, variety of drinks, great benefits. The people here at WU are great to work with, they are smart and really know their stuff.

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
