Pros

Come and go as you please, global co-workers, sometimes interesting projects, generous PTO policy.

Cons

Where to start? Management is a revolving door. If your in management, you will eventually get laid off. The company can't figure it's way forward. Layoff, layoffs, and more layoffs...every single year. Offshore, outsource, and general continual cost reductions is the norm. Company wants to be the next FinTech leader but its management and culture is stuck in large company mode.

Pros

Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

Cons

The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - only 3 days required in office

Cons

- Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic. - 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
