      Fair wages and benefits Looking to change culture - involving management more actively involved with employees through regular communication

      Cons

      Long hours, continues to push more work on people. Makes work life balance difficult at time. Moving headquarters from current location to two different buildings - that are more than a mile apart and separated by major highway.

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
