      Pros

      Pune office facility and infrastructure are very nice. The home pickup and drop cab service is very convenient. People are helpful and cooperative.

      Cons

      The culture was good till May-June, then they got a new site leader. The culture is not good now, The technology used is old. No good test environments slow down delivery. Agile is for name sake.

      Pros

      Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

      Cons

      The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.

      - Unlimited PTO - only 3 days required in office

      Cons

      - Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic. - 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
