Assistant Manager, Manager work like slaves. They fear from making decisions and work whatever it is being said by onsite stakeholders without using their brain. No work life balance as employees are asked to take calls after going home. If anyone doesn't join, then it is escalated and pointed out in appraisal. AMs are highly biased, give no work to favorites and promote them. Work culture is destroyed by Higher Management.
Technology is outdated as most of the applications are legacy stack
More efforts is spent on planning and extra activities rather than on actual work.
