      Pros

      I work with a great team. We have a flexible work from home policy, and everyone works together well. Our director is one of the best people managers I have ever had.

      Cons

      The company changes it's mind regularly about the end goal. The recent lay offs have made it a difficult environment to work in.

      Frequent organizational layoffs. Bureaucracy, micro management, poor communication that slows down decisions. Unrealistic quotas and limited career advancement.
