Pros

Overall the organization is filled with positive dedicated employees. Those employees work hard to achieve the daily needs of the organization.

Cons

Western Union does layoffs frequently. You can expect that you will impacted by a layoff at some point. The organization seems to do these mass reductions every few years. Do not get comfortable in your position as it could be eliminated at any time.

Pros

Very exciting times at Western Union with the pending acquisition of Intermex and a lot of the announcements around wallets and digital assets

Cons

The international offices seem to do a good job around cultural and office events while the US seems to lack this in some areas.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - only 3 days required in office

Cons

- Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic. - 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
