6yWe appreciate you sharing your feedback about your role in our Denver office. We’re glad that the flexibility of a work-life balance is a pro. However, we are disappointed to learn about your experience with various teams at Western Union. As we have shared, we realized that we needed to change the way we worked to ensure we retain and build on our strengths as a leader in cross-border and cross-currency money movement. With that said, we are experiencing many positive changes throughout the organization including our HR team. Our HR function is changing to a people approach to better enable the success of each employee. We understand that leadership has a great impact on the organization, so we hold ourselves and our leaders to the highest standards of integrity.
