Pros

The company makes a positive difference in so many communities around the world. Lots of female leadership and global diversity. The benefits are amazing. Lots of medical benefit options that are partially subsidized. 401k match is nice. The DEI groups are great. Some really great talent at all levels.

Cons

The company can’t decide if they want to operate like a utility company or a tech company. Lots of policies, processes and approaches that won’t allow the company to keep up with the labor market shifts and stay competitive in their main locations.

Pros

Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

Cons

Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
