Pros

Good things here come to those who hustle, not those who wait. Good ideas float to the top rapidly, and get implemented quickly. Recognition of talent is also common place, and several programs exist to highlight our achievements when we go beyond our call of duty. If you keep abreast of the markets, the industry and the product line, you are bound to have a soaring career here.

Cons

It's a large company, and you need to push yourself to connect with your colleagues. Hoping your boss will open all your doors for you is a recipe for failure.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - only 3 days required in office

Cons

- Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic. - 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
