      Very little to offer outside of good benefits. If you can manage to score a severance package, I hear its pretty good

Dishonest. * Employees are not appreciated. * Most good sales and management staff have left. * Culture of fear

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
