Managers are very unapproachable and incapable of accepting suggestions for improvement, very high fluctuation, employees are not allowed to have an opinion of their own, everything is controlled by the head office.
Old-style management, without leadership qualities or emotional intelligence. Unfortunately, managers do not lead by example. Problem solving is repetitive and goes round in circles without results. The simple product solution is complicated by different departments blaming other departments.
No organisation, no management level, those who work hard are bullied, no clear work instructions. Too much bureaucracy - excessively long chain of command.
Overall, leadership lacks integrity and ethical responsibility, no development opportunities outside of Denver.
