Thank you for leaving a review and recognizing the amazing people we have in our organization. It is disappointing to read about your negative experience as it does not align with our priorities as an organization. Western Union’s focus and work on DEI are taken seriously in every piece of work we do. As mentioned, we have 13 ERG groups across our organization that receive a platform and resources to connect them through our organization. Our Early Careers program across the globe is one of the ways we build on our diverse hiring efforts. The decision was to postpone only the US Summer Internship this year to get greater support and alignment from our leadership team to build a more robust program for next year’s cohort. Every decision in our organization has diversity and inclusion at the forefront. We are a global organization that is innately inclusive every day, and we continue the work to do better every day.
