Pros

Trying hard to see the pros at this point.

Cons

I have worked here for 7 years. Starting last year we are required to be in office at least 3 days a week. Even though I am salaried this office started forcing us to badge in and out so they can track our time under the guise that they would need to know if we were still in the building if there was a fire. Last time we had a fire drill, not a single person badged out. Starting this year, I have lost my 5 weeks vacation time and all employees get 13 days vacation and 7 days sick pay. Hours are too long with forced hours to accommodate colleagues on opposite side of the world. Forced on call for one week a month that must be responded within 15 minutes. Zero chance of advancement and only standard 3% raises a year. Micro-management on every level.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - only 3 days required in office

Cons

- Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic. - 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
