      Highly political, selfish leaders, only after personal gain. Excellent at managing up and bs'ing their way to the top.

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
