      I like that you see the changes really coming to fruition to get closer to the strategy and the customers. And it trickles down to all the teams.

      Iffy on, but somehow too many changes. Contrary to some reviews, I think this is actually okay but they have to be consistent

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
