People team lacks the following important qualities (starting from the head): - Credibility and good judgement are missing: they tend to make rushed and superficial judgements of critical situation that involve employees well being and work situations. HR doesn't take the time to authentically and truthfully investigate in critical employee matters. Instead, they choose to make decisions such as terminating people based on assumptions and one-sided statements. - Employees are mostly underpaid (except for high profile jobs).
