5yHi! We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at Wolt. While tackling tough COVID situations, we appreciate that the past few months has involved high pressure periods for all our employees and has required longer or more flexible work hours at times. We certainly prioritise the well-being of our people and ensure that all local HR matters are handled in accordance with our global policies and guidelines. Additionally, we have taken extra precaution during these times to ensure that every individual is well integrated with the team, especially during hybrid or remote working conditions.
As part of our transparent and collaborative culture, our weekly meetings are intentionally structured in a way to ensure that our people have the opportunities to brainstorm and openly discuss best practices. This allow us the competitive edge in order to better serve our customers and partners. We strive on getting things done together and therefore appreciate input from all our team members.
All in all, we definitely want our employees to feel valued and well-respected , so we apologise that you felt differently.
