We’re really sorry for your bad experience with us.
The behavior and style of working you describe is not at all what we as a company stand for and completely out of line. It really pains us to read your review, and we can only imagine what you have felt like. At Wolt, we encourage everyone to speak up about any inappropriate behavior. To make it as easy as possible for everyone, we have the anonymous Whistleblower channel that goes directly to our People team. But we are not perfect and can always do better. This said, we regularly send surveys to our people and include questions about how they are feeling, and what their workload is like; we do this with a tool called Peakon. We have focused on communicating about the channels and other ways to report inappropriate behavior, or other issues in the working environment. We’re also not about titles or formal hierarchies and are committed to intervene.
We’ve taken notice of your message and are currently taking action to educate our team and improve responsiveness to such issues. Your message is received, heard and taken to heart.
