      I could choose the shifts/hours i wanted to work on, no boss, no one cares how much i work, no one is watching over you, their system was reliable good workflow. lot of bonuses around busy part of the year but pretty unpredictable

      Cons

      Couriers compete against each other, you pay your gas, bicycle though is pure profit
