terribly low salary you don't get the breaks required by law you have to be available 24/7, even on your day offs/holidays you have to be present on meetings even outside of your working hours - for free, of course Hungarian management is more like harassing employees those cute little feedbacks are based on how well they like you or not loud music/dog barking/food smell at the office, because it's a "young and energetic team" even though you just can't focus on your work in such an enviroment they hire more students than full timers thus management treats grown up people like little kids support people receive the lowest quality stuff, e. g. toilet paper, soaps
